PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Due to the sensitive nature of our advanced skin care products,
we are unable to offer any refunds once a product has been delivered to you.
With our advanced skin care range even unopened products may suffer significant damage
if not stored strictly in accordance with our guidelines.
We will, of course, replace any products that are damaged while being shipped to you.

Cancelations that are done 24 hours before your appointment are paid back with a fee of 5%
if it's less than 24 hours there will be no refund
